We are currently seeking a dedicated Resident Care Provider to join our team and assist with the daily living needs of our residents. The ideal candidate will foster a respectful and caring atmosphere while ensuring residents’ health and comfort.

Requirements for a RCP with Phoebe Berks: The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.High School Diploma or GED or active registry status on the Pennsylvania nurse aide registryCPR certification or ability to attend and pass course.Current certificate from DPW approved medication administration course, depending on shift and unit, or ability to attend and pass course.
