Responsibilities Make an impact Resident Site Engineer, Lutterworth. The role comes with excellent benefits to include 25 days holiday plus stats, employer contributory pension scheme and private healthcare. You will be working rotating 12-hour days and nights withing a large team of Engineers, at one of our flagship Distribution Centres. We enable skilled and experienced Military Engineers, with current or recent practical hands-on experience within a maintenance or repair environment, to transfer these valuable skills to the Automation Industry. Breakdown and planned preventative maintenance on a variety of automated machinery, to include wrappers; pallet conveyors; packaging machinery; pallet stacker cranes, autostore and robots. To undertake scheduled repairs in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations and industry standard practices. Prioritise system faults. To ensure quality of output at all times. To accurately record all work undertaken. Involvement in continuous improvement projects. Comply with Health & Safety legislation at all times. Application Requirements What you need to succeed An apprentice trained engineer or equivalent qualification. Happy to work at heights. This is a customer facing role, so you must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
