We are looking for talented candidates to join our Building Engineering team.

The positions will be on contract basis to work on a commercial, residential and governmental building development in Hong Kong.

Resident Engineer requirements include:

Degree of Civil or Structural Engineering in a recognized university. Resident Engineer shall be a Registered Professional Engineer (Civil or Structural Engineering discipline) of Engineers Registration Board of Hong Kong with minimum 5 years relevant post qualification experience in the supervision and co-ordination of building construction projects. Experience in supervising civil work, foundation work, excavation and lateral support work, massive structural steel work and Architectural Services Department project is preferrable. Work independently with strong interpersonal and management skills. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Assistant Resident Engineer requirements include:

Degree of Civil or Structural Engineering in a recognized university. Assistant Resident Engineer shall be a degree holder in civil or structural engineering with minimum 2 years relevant building working experience. Experience in supervising foundation work and Architectural Services Department project is preferrable. Work co-operatively with good interpersonal skills. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

The contract duration will be 12 months subject to extension to suit the construction programme. Standard working hours will be 6 days per week. Attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidates.
