Resident Engineer (CM Engineer)
**Position** : Resident Engineer (CM Engineer) **Location** : Idaho Falls, ID test **Minimum Requirements:** + A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering + Minimum 5 years of experience in construction engineering practice with an emphasis on large infrastructure or geotechnical design and analysis, geotechnical field investigation, and construction supervision. + The successful candidate should be a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Idaho. + Local experience and familiarity with the local engineering practice. **Technical Requirements:** + Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working. + Extensive civil engineering background including a strong fundamental knowledge of principles of geotechnical engineering and DOT construction. + Experience in construction oversight as a project manager or resident engineer of DOT projects. + Familiarity with ACI, ICC, ITD and AASHTO standards, and guidelines. + Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale infrastructure projects and manage teams of testers, inspectors, and engineers. **Other miscellaneous qualities:** + Work location can be in Idaho Falls or Pocatello Idaho. + Experience and well-developed relationships with ITD and LHTAC. + Limited travel in SE Idaho may be required. + Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. **Who We Are:** We strive to be the most sought-after infrastructure and environmental solutions company, known for our unique, values-driven approach and brought to life by the industry’s most exceptional people.
