We are currently looking for dynamic Resident Liaison Officers to join our ever-growing team here at Connolly!

This role is a permanent role and will be based in Greater Manchester; experience of working on kitchen and bathroom refurbishment schemes is essential.

What you will be responsible for…
You will join a strong diverse operational team that boasts a strong work ethic and are known for their friendly approach. As part of our customer team you will drive a customer focused and community based service for our housing customers. Whilst working closely with our internal teams, being forward thinking and ensuring all issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Working towards meeting internal and client KPI’s. The best interest of the customer is at the heart of what we do, working within client, company and statutory regulations.

 

What you’ll bring to the team…
We are looking for someone who is a forward thinker and proactive when solving problems, you can manage multiple priorities and enjoy variety in your work. Much of your role is dependent on developing a positive culture and developing working relationships, communicating with operatives, contractors, customers and clients, so we require someone who has excellent IT, written and verbal communication skills. Experience working on kitchen, bathroom and external refurbishments is essential.
