We are seeking a Resident Maintenance Site Supervisor to join our managed services team based on a critical / clinical laboratory site just outside Cambridge (CB21 6). 

Main Duties

To supervise contracted and reactive M&E and fabric maintenance services and additional services when required, in accordance with statutory, legislative and contractual obligations. Ensure that all maintenance records, and supporting documentation are completed to llumina and JCA standards Day to day liaison with customers, and their representatives on matter relating to service delivery and additional works. To identify additional works opportunities and provide input into scope, resourcing, costing, and completion timescales. To support the contract manager in the preparation of additional works quotations. Provide JCA contracted services support to ‘other' nominated Illumina sites Ensure that subcontractors are appropriately supervised to comply with contractual requirements, specification, and site operating protocols Ensure a professional image of JCA is presented to clients and end users at all times, exhibiting high level of customer service delivery In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder is required to carry out such other duties as may be required and as may be assigned by senior management from time to time

The candidate will be required to:

be a member of the 1 in 4 on-call team on average 1 call out every 3 months and phone calls for guidance monthly work 1 Saturday in every 12-16 weeks or as required undertake minor electrical installation works What we are looking for Strong demonstrable experience of supervision within the building services maintenance industry. Fully conversant with HVAC maintenance having previously worked in the industry. A minimum of C&G Level 3 in one or more trades (including electrical). Appointed Persons status for safe systems of work The candidate will need to be or have been an HV AP for a previous site. About us
