HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACTYour Role:
Works under a licensed pharmacist’s direct supervision at all times. Provides pharmacotherapy responsibilities for patients admitted in specific hospital areas in accordance with individual resident rotations. Performs clinical staff pharmacist duties. Accountable for American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) Pharmacy Residencies goals and objectives.Reports To:
Director/Pharmacy (JC: 011301) or Asst Dir Pharmacy Clin Program

Required Education:
Graduate of an accredited College or School of Pharmacy with Doctor of Pharmacy Degree

Required Certification/License/Registry:
Current Florida pharmacist license or eligible for licensure in Florida.-
