Carollo Engineers is an internationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. We are seeking a Resident Project Representative to help represent our clients interests during project construction.

ResponsibilitiesMaintains complete project files including a project photo file
Keeps detailed records of construction progress, changed conditions, and as built drawingsPrepares monthly estimates of quantity of construction completedEstablishes and maintains effective working relationships with contractors, consultant, and ownerPreliminary review of Submittals, RFIs, RFCs, etc. to ensure they are complete prior to forwarding to engineers for formal reviewReview and acceptance of project schedule updatesPreliminary review of change ordersGeneration and maintenance (along with project engineers) of project punch list.Assist with reviewing and recommendation of construction pay applicationsWeekly review of contractor record drawings to ensure accuracyAssistance in start-up and commissioning activities Qualifications 0-4 years of experience.Completion of OSHA 10-hour safety course and other construction safety trainingStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be willing to travel regularly and be working in the field full timeTechnical or associate degree in a related technical field.AS or BS in engineering or construction related program Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field Pay RangeAn employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
