6 months of tenure with the company for lateral transfers or A-PM positions6 months of tenure and no adverse apartment activity with PS in the past year for Resident Manager (Apartment) positions 1 year of tenure with the company for KTP positionsNo DAS during the last 6 monthsLast performance rating of "Meets" or above, based on tenure and review cycleMust be a strong performer in your area

Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage time effectivelyStrong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMaintain a clean, safe, and well-kept apartment
