Job Description: The Resident Services Coordinator works from an empowerment model; their primary goal is to ensure the RSA team is meeting the needs and demands of the Adult Day Health program. 

Providence ElderPlace is a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program that strives to keep older adults as healthy as possible through clinics, home visits and more. Join our team to help empower elders in your community to live active, independent lives.

Required Qualifications:

Upon hire: Fingerprinting may be required. 1 year of documented, successful experience overseeing a team, or 3 years of experience as a caregiver for an adult population Demonstrated experience in successfully working with diverse populations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's Degree Healthcare Administration. Business, Human Resources or a clinical field Prior experience working with an electronic health record.
