About the role:
You will coordinate the daily package deliveries with the various couriers and other large deliveries that are to be taken to the dock. You will be assisting with the set up and tear downs of all events on campus and assisting with Resident Assists. You will also assist with coverage for the Front Desk when needed.
About you:
Knowledge of reading lists and comprehend reading addresses and organizational skills.Experience with setting up and organizing events, moving tables, chairs, and heavy furniture is preferred. Excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as a part of a team.You will need to be able to move and/or lift up to 70 lbs.Pay: $15.00 / hr +

Part Time: 29hrs per week.
Monday to Friday - 10:30am - 4:30pm PST
Responsibilities:
Receive incoming packages, mark with the apartment number or department, and place in coordinating package area in Package Room.Go through unknown packages and determine who they belong to.Deliver packages to residents who have given permission. You will ring door bell and deliver to the resident. If resident is not at home, you will unlock their apartment door, place the package just inside the door and relock their door.For residents who have chosen to not have their packages delivered, you will organize them on the shelves of the Package Room according to tower and have them clearly marked with the apartment number so the resident can easily find their package.Keep Package Room clean and organized.When Resident Services or any other department and/or a resident’s private event are scheduled, you will be assisting with set up/tear down in the room where the event is being held. This will include but not limited to:Setting up and taking down assorted sizes of tables and chairs and/or decorations.Climbing up and down ladders, attaching and removing decorations from the ceiling.Cleaning up the event area afterwards, sweeping, vacuum, mopping, wiping down surfaces and removing trash.Returning décor, tables, chairs to their location after use.Assisting residents with use of tables and chairs for their private parties or resident led events in their apartments and in common areas.You will need to be able to move and/or lift up to 70 lbs. and assist with another staff person up to 100 lbs.Working at Trinity Terrace, you'll enjoy the following benefits:
