Schedule: Business Hours (8:30 am to 5:00 pm) Pay: Between $28 and $31 per hour About the Position This is a full-time position with some flexibility in start and end times with some occasional overtime and weekends. During this time, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive technology support for residents. Under the direction of the Senior Resident Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technology support and services to Goodwin Living Residents and Members. This role involves assisting with the setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various consumer-based technologies, ensuring residents receive timely and effective support. Along with the Senior Resident Technology Specialist, you will serve as the primary introduction to the IT department for new residents, ensuring welcoming and exceptional customer service experience. Key Duties Resident Onboarding: Meet with new residents upon move-in to review Goodwin Living technology services and assist with setting up their devices (PCs, Macs, tablets, phones, smart phones, printers, TVs, cable boxes, DVRs, smart speakers, and other consumer technology). Technical Support: Address and resolve technology support requests promptly, including device setup and troubleshooting internet and private network connections. Educational Services: Aid as needed with individual and group educational sessions on various technical subjects, delivered either remotely or in residents' homes. Job Requirements Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently without supervision. Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for residents. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Time Management: Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Team Collaboration: Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of consumer-based technology.
