RR Job Corps is looking to add to our growing Residential Team to assist with the Model, Mentor, & Monitoring students providing proper guidance to students to ensure positive group living relations and achievement in the program.

2nd:  Fridays thru Tuesdays 3:00 pm to 12:00 am; OFF Wednesdays & Thursdays

3rd:  Wednesdays 3:00 pm to 12:00 am; Thursdays thru Sundays 11:30 pm to 8:30 am; OFF Mondays & Tuesdays

 

Position Summary

Responsible for working with the Residential team to provide students on respective dormitories with a safe, clean, and structured living environment that fosters student retention, satisfaction, achievement, and success. Provides individualized case management to maintain student enrollment and success in the program.
