Position Overview:
Promote, through monitoring and coordination of indirect and direct services, a safe and positive culture for residents, families and staff during the non-traditional hours of agency operation. The Residential Campus Coordinator will work closely with all program heads to assure that youth’s service needs are met and that all persons providing those services do so at the required/expected level.
The Residential Campus Coordinator shows dedication and willingness to work alongside the ITM supporting and carrying out the functions of the model to best serve the population. He/she is expected to have a nonjudgmental approach that focuses on skill building and basic principles of behavior (reinforcement, extinction, blocking and shaping). He/she is required to function as part of a team, committing to modeling pro social behavior and building positive relationships with all residents, families, visitors, and staff.
Position Qualifications:
High School Diploma/ GED Required. Bachelor’s degree preferredAt least 2 years of experience in a residential setting.
