The typical work schedule is 5-6 days\/week and all hours worked over 40 are paid at time and a half. \n

In most positions, a driver's license is not required but is preferred. \n

The starting wage will be based on documented experience and skill set.\n

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\n

The key responsibilities of this position are outlined below. \n\nRun plumbing systems to plans in new manufactured homes\nInterpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems and other plumbing materials\nInstall pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquids\nInstall supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation\nAssemble fittings and valves for installation\nModify length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a building\nFollow health and safety standards and comply with building codes\nPerform any other duties as requested \n\n

Qualifications:\n\n3 Years of Commercial Plumbing Experience\nAbility to work well with others, take instruction and work with minimal supervision\nAbility to properly manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\nVerbal and written communication skills to audiences both inside and outside the company.\nMust have strong knowledge of blueprint reading.\nGood working knowledge of multiple jurisdictions and Florida building codes\n\n
