Residential Conveyancer - Lincolnshire We have an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join a well established, prestigious law firm in Market Deeping, Lincolnshire. The role is preferably office based to offer excellent client care on a face to face basis, however, hybrid working is considered on an individual basis. The firm offers high quality legal advice for Residential Property, Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Family Law, Commercial Property and Company and Commercial Law. Salary up to £45,000 plus bonus. ABOUT YOU * Preferably a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, however, highly experienced unqualified candidates will also be considered * You will be experienced and able to "hit the ground running" on a caseload of around 80-90 files * Preferably you will have experience in supervising or training junior members of staff * You will be articulate and organised with a "get things done" approach * Preferably some commercial experience but not essential ROLE * Handle a mixed caseload of freehold, leasehold, new builds, some commercial work * You will have highly experienced secretarial support and a junior member to guide and train * To hit the ground running on a caseload of 80-90 files BENEFITS * Hybrid working will be considered on an individual basis although predominantly office based * Free on site car parking * Annual bonus scheme based on performance * Secretarial support * Pension scheme If this role is of interest and you meet the pre-requisite experience please get in touch or send your CV to carlaudall@bcllegal.com
