The Ideal Candidate: We're seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or similar professional with at least 3 to 5+ years of post-qualification experience. In this role, you will: Lead and mentor a thriving Residential Property team. Provide technical support to junior team members. Manage a diverse caseload of Residential Property transactions. Collaborate closely with the Head of Residential Property to drive the department's growth and success. Work autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, highly organised, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines. You'll need to be proficient with IT case management systems and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
