RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER 2+ PQE, KENT, COMPETITIVE £ SALARY + BENEFITS. Excellent opportunity to join a team of skilled professionals at a welcoming Kent firm, who are looking to add to their growing Residential Property team. Job ref: 215298412
The appointed candidate will handle various conveyancing matters, providing expert advice to a diverse client base to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• You will be responsible for managing and overseeing your own caseload, as well as developing close relationships with local client and key contacts, offering effective legal advice and support throughout the entire conveyancing process.
• The firm are considering candidates that have at least 2 years’ experience in residential property matters, as well as excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations.
• You must be able to demonstrate the ability to consistently meet deadlines and agreed upon targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• You will be joining a supportive team of professionals at a welcoming Kent firm, that offer a range of specialised legal services.
