Residential Coordinator

We’re seeking a Residential Coordinator for the High Street, Riverwood, and Centennial IRAs. Responsibilities include providing training for staff in personal care, person centered planning/supports, valued outcomes, staff action plans, policies and procedures, and performance expectations, as well as the completion of necessary documents/reports and ensuring staff complete documentation as required. They will be responsible for training all new hires following the new hire checklist and assisting in yearly evaluations, reporting concerns with service plans/progress to the QIDP, and assisting in updating pertinent information on resident documents. They may also administer medication, provide direct support, participate in community activities, assist with doctors’ appointments, and ensures menu planning, meal preparation, food consistency, and grocery shopping is completed. They will also performs QA Audits, as well as other duties as assigned.
