We are also proud to have a fully staffed agency with low turnover. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Residential Director who will oversee 4 to 6 Senior Group Home Managers. This position involves managing day-to-day operations, mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with the high standards and regulations set by the DDD. The DDD provides funding and oversight for services and supports designed to help individuals with I/DD live as independently as possible. As a Residential Director, you will ensure that our programs align with DDD's Person-Centered Planning approach, focusing on individual goals, dignity, and community integration. Key Responsibilities + Lead, mentor, and coach Senior Group Home Managers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, with a focus on time management. + Oversee operational budgets and resolve administrative challenges efficiently. + Collect and analyze data, including vacancy reports, budgeting documents, staffing records, and medical reports, to drive informed decision-making. + Ensure full compliance with DDD guidelines, including health and safety regulations, individualized service plans, and agency policies, exceeding all required standards. + Promote a person-centered approach that emphasizes individual choice, independence, and inclusion in the community. Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree (preferred, but not required). + 3-5 years' experience managing or supervising programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. + Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities highly preferred. + Demonstrated success in leading teams and overseeing initiatives. + Valid driver's license with no more than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years. + Strong leadership and team development skills. + Excellent communication and organizational abilities. + Familiarity with DDD policies and Person-Centered Planning principles.
