About the Role:As a Residential Electrician Trainer, you will: Educate and Mentor: Train licensed electricians in troubleshooting, installations, and repairs for residential service work, sharing your knowledge to elevate their skills. Develop Training Programs: Create and deliver hands-on training sessions that ensure technical proficiency and adherence to industry best practices. Promote Excellence: Guide electricians to master customer-focused service techniques, fostering a culture of quality and professionalism. Ensure Compliance: Stay current with electrical codes and regulations, ensuring our team operates safely and effectively. Foster Growth: Provide ongoing mentorship to cultivate a continuous learning environment. Qualifications: Licensed electrician with extensive residential service experience. Strong knowledge of troubleshooting, electrical systems, and installations. Proficient with computers and technology, including the ability to use training software and tools effectively. Detail-oriented and able to follow a structured curriculum while making adjustments as necessary to meet the needs of trainees. Excellent communication and teaching skills.
