Job Description
The residential electrician is responsible for the installation of residential electrical components in custom homes. This role involves wiring entire homes and ensuring the proper installation of electrical systems.
ResponsibilitiesInstall residential electrical components in custom homes.Wire entire homes based on blueprints and schematics.Install lights, switches, and power outlets.Ensure compliance with residential construction standards.Essential Skills5-6+ years of experience in residential electrical installation.Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.Knowledge of residential construction and wiring standards.Experience with Romex wiring.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to work with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail.Good communication skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work involves both indoor and outdoor tasks around the KC metro area, focusing on new homes in new neighborhoods. Standard work hours are from 7am to 3pm, with a consistent 40-hour work week and opportunities for overtime if desired.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Des Moines, Iowa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $29.00
