You’ll be part of a dedicated team that ensures the daily beauty of this private residence. As a housekeeping professional, your mission is to use your keen eye for detail and strong work ethic to maintain cleanliness to the highest standard.
Responsibilities Clean, tidy and organize outdoor living spaces (e.g., decks, balconies, entry ways, etc.)Clean, tidy and organize indoor living spaces (e.g., kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, entertainment spaces, etc.)Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floorsVacuum carpets, rugs, and draperiesClean, Dust and polish (when applicable) furniture, woodwork & appliancesKeeps walls, windows, door panels, windowsills & ceilings cleanEmpty and clean trash containersClean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showersWipe down glass surfacesWipe down refrigerators, wine fridge, mini fridges, ice makers, etc.Make up beds and change linensLaundry for clothing and linens (sort, wash, fold, etc.)Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working conditionMonitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements to estate managerReplenish supplies as needed (bathroom toiletries, kitchen items, cleaning supplies, etc.)Inventories supplies & equipmentMust be able to lift & carry up to 20lbs as well as push/pull up to 15lbs. QualificationsAny combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Knowledge
Professional cleaning experience is a plus (hotel, private residence, commercial or industrial).
Abilities
Must have a strong work history. Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends required.
Experience, Education, and Training
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements
This position requires constant standing, reaching forward and grasping; frequent walking, head turning, bending, handling, reaching and hand control. Candidate will need to lift and carry 20lbs, and be able to push and pull 15lbs.
Working Environment
Both indoor and outdoor working environment with exposure to varying weather conditions and chemical odors.
Licensing/Certification
Must have and reliable transportation to and from work.
Miscellaneous Requirements
Candidate must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.
