Primary Responsibilities

Assist the division and developer partners in understanding requirements involved in the Subdivision Approval and Development Improvement processProvide potential solutions and focus in order to meet planned community sales opening dates and ensure minimal slippage of the lots available for saleParticipate in feasibility studiesMaintain a written status of each community approval and improvement level which has been verified through the developerIdentify issues and potential delays in a timely manner
