You’ll oversee a caseload of individuals and provide ongoing support, both in their homes and in the community.   What Y ou’ll Do: + Daily Living Support : Help with cooking, cleaning, and transportation to appointments. + + Skill Development : Work with individuals to achieve their personalized goals based on their abilities and preferences. + + Community Engagement : Encourage participation in activities like sports, movies, shopping, crafts, walking in the park, and other enjoyable experiences.
