Residential Manager

We are seeking a Residential Manager to work in our Behavioral Health IRAs.

Responsibilities include overseeing clinical, administrative, supervisory and maintenance needs of the designated site.

They must have a working knowledge of State and Federal regulations, local laws and ordinances and ensures compliance with these. They will work with the Administrator in hiring, disciplining, evaluating, training and developing employees, provide guidance and support to staff by completing job performance evaluations and conducting staff meetings.

Residential Managers also collaborate and communicate with clinicians and consultants to ensure that program member’s needs are identified and addressed appropriately, operate within the facility budget developed by administration, coordinate inspections by outside agencies, and assists in developing responses to inspection reports.

Other duties include developing and maintaining master staffing schedules, participating in the Quality Assurance process by ensuring completion of audits and participating in QA and Safety Committee Meetings, and ensuring the orientation and ongoing professional development training of all staff occurs as needed.

Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.

Starting salary for this position is between $58,460 and $64,106, based on experience.
