Job Description: Respond to service calls in a timely fashion and demonstrate a courteous, and professional attitude dealing with residents. Safely perform minor drywall repairs and patching. Have strong knowledge of paint and stain products, and paint and stain application techniques. Read and comprehend work order details regarding project scope and material budgets.

Responsibilities Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc. Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster) Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on provided portal
