Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl Strong customer service and communication skills Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential homes, including pipes, drains, water heaters, and fixtures Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, garbage disposals, faucets, and other plumbing appliances as needed Respond to service calls in a timely manner and communicate effectively with clients about plumbing issues and repair options Perform routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to identify and fix minor issues before they become major problems Ensure all work is performed in compliance with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards Accurately document all work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job Provide excellent customer service by explaining plumbing issues and offering repair solutions that meet the customer's needs Operate plumbing tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized work environment Perform emergency plumbing services, including after-hours calls when required Keep up-to-date with the latest plumbing technology and techniques through continued education Manage and measure the work of an apprentice on the job.
