Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the adult housing program, ensuring that clients receive a safe and therapeutic environmentInterview, hire, and train staff, as well as provide ongoing supervision and supportEnsure that all program policies and procedures are followedDevelop and implement individualized training plans for staffFacilitate regularly scheduled supervision meetings to ensure proper training of staffComplete and maintain documentation of supervisory meetings and training sessionsParticipate in clinical staffing and treatment team meetings to provide feedback and facilitate ongoing communications

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field; ORHigh School education and two (2) years experience in substance abuse or mental health treatment with a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience

Additional Qualifications:Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint checkCurrent driver’s license, acceptable driving record and current auto insurance

Physical Requirements:Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objectsRepetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift
