Located in Kingston, it has the benefit of being in close proximity to ample local events, restaurants, and activities. Whatever the activity or destination is, the energetic and dedicated team of DSPs at the Birches are ready to support someone as they attain their life goals and dreams, teaching them the skills to live independently. Responsibilities for this seasoned manager include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support. This experienced manager will possess an Associates or Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Services or a related field, and will have strong organizational skills and supervisory experience. Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred. The Arc Mid-Hudson offers an extensive and informative new hire orientation in a comfortable learning environment. We also provide additional development opportunities for our management staff.
