Job Title: Physician (Psychiatrist, MD or DO)

Position Overview:
Cascadia Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatrist (MD or DO) to join our team. In this role, you will provide psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management to consumers within our residential programs. You will also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, offering case consultation and support to ensure high-quality care for each individual served. This position requires coordination with external care providers and family members to enhance treatment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management for consumers in residential programs.Provide formal and informal case consultation to case managers, therapists, nursing staff, and other members of the treatment team.Collaborate with primary care providers and other external care professionals involved in the care of individual consumers.Offer case consultation and support to families or other members of the consumer’s support system as needed.Ensure treatment plans align with community standards and promote positive outcomes for individuals receiving services.Qualifications:
MD or DO degree with current board certification in psychiatry.Valid licensure to practice as a psychiatrist in the state.Experience working with diverse populations in a clinical or residential setting is preferred.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Why Cascadia Health?
