Benefits & Perks:Excellent benefitsRRSP matchingFree gym in the buildingSalary Range: $75,000 - $90,000.Responsibilities:Prepare residential real estate files from opening to closingProcess purchase transactions, prepare mortgages, refinancing and supplemental documents, report to mortgagee and purchaser in a timely mannerPrepare sales transactions, trust letters, and deposit funds to meet the closing datePrepare interim/final reports, client accounts and correspondencePrepare a statement of adjustments for the closing transactionMaintain client files and diarize critical deadlinesUtilize conveyancing software to process correspondence related to real estate filesLiaise with realtors, financial institutions, clients and other law firms regarding all aspects of real estate transactionsBuild and maintain good relations with clients, bankers, realtors and other parties integral to the completion of the transactionsSchedule client appointmentsQualifications:Diploma or certificate in an accredited Paralegal or Legal Assistant program and/or successful career history in a similar roleMinimum 2 years of experience fulfilling a Residential Conveyancing role Performing all aspects of real estate files from open to closeStrong team player and possesses the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
