Provide Care and Support: Assist children and young people with daily needs, personal care, and activities, fostering a positive environment.
Respite Services: Offer caregivers relief through planned recreational and educational activities.

Documentation: Keep accurate records and communicate with families and agencies.
Collaborate with Team: Participate in meetings, training, and support team culture.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
DBS on the update service for children and adultsExperience with specific conditions (e.g., autism, learning disabilities).Experience working with children and young people in a residential or respite care setting.Understanding of child development and the needs of children with diverse backgrounds and abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Desirable:
