Your Role: Delivering ExcellenceAs an HVAC Service Technician, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining and servicing HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance for our clients. Working from a company-provided vehicle, you’ll collaborate with dispatchers and supervisors to deliver top-tier service. Key responsibilities include:
Arriving at job sites on time as dispatched Traveling between job sites as needed during the workday Reporting to dispatchers upon arrival and departure from job sites Operating and maintaining company vehicles and tools Performing filter changes and completing checklist paperwork independently Assisting with planned maintenance under the guidance of senior technicians Troubleshooting equipment issues and reporting problems promptly to expedite parts delivery Participating in on-call emergency service as required Adhering to safety protocols and following supervisor instructions Committing to ongoing training to enhance technical and customer service skills What We’re Looking For Qualifications Experience: Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with HVAC systems Certifications: Valid driver’s license required Physical Requirements: Work from a 28’ extension ladder and 12’ step ladder Willingness to invest in personal tools for HVAC serviceAdditional Requirements:
