Job Description
A customer of Insight Global is looking for a Residential Service Technician to join their Lubbock, TX team servicing the Midland and Odessa, TX customers. These individuals will be responsible for working with the existing customer base in the local area to service home security systems at various residence locations in the local territory. They will utilize their customer service skills to work directly with the troubling shooting of current systems and getting them cell phone access to the company application for their security system. This individual must be comfortable using their personal vehicle to go to and from the customer sites to the shop location and will have onsite training at the start of their employment. This role has an hourly pay rate range of $19-23/hr depending on experience.

Skills and Requirements
· High School Diploma
· Valid Driver's License
· 1 year of experience installing security equipment
· Hands on low voltage experience
· Familiar with power and hand tools (i.e Screwdrivers, Wire Cutters, and Drills)
· Basic understanding of networks and internet (i.e how routers, modems, and mesh points interact and what they are, what is a causes internet lags, etc)
· Comfortable working with smart devices and applications
Excellent customer service skills · 1 year of professional customer service experience
