THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Residential Services Unit Manager, you will develop, implement, and evaluate habilitative programs and clinical support services. You will monitor the consistent delivery of core services; review data for the purpose of reducing resident incidents; and make modifications to program objectives as resident treatment needs change . You will also meet with supervisory staff and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate programs and services, as well as interact with families and community agencies. This position requires the ability to form effective working relationships to oversee unit teams, prioritize work assignments, and to ensure service delivery meets resident needs and quality standards.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
+ Full-time employment
+ Work hours are (2nd shift) 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. You will work a rotating schedule, with some holidays and weekends. Schedule may change based on operational needs.
+ Overtime and travel as needed
+ Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
+ Three years professional therapeutic experience in a residential program providing rehabilitative, restorative, or habilitative care program services for individuals with a developmental disability, including two years in a supervisory capacity, and a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, psychology, social work, education, nursing, business, or hospital administration; or
+ An equivalent combination of professional experience and training which includes two years supervisory experience in a residential program providing rehabilitative, restorative, or habilitative care program services for individuals with a developmental disability.
