RESIDENTIAL SPECIALISTS

\n

\n

Perform specific security duties to ensure a safe and secure environment for the association and provide superior services for residents. Some duties & responsibilities involve but are not limited to responding to emergencies, facilitating house rules, security surveillance, other hospitable front desk and some housekeeping and maintenance support.

\n Requirements

Requirements: Guard Card, Security/Customer Service Experience; CPR, First Aid and AED Certified; and computer skills.

\n

\n

Drug test required.

\n

Background check required.

\n

Starting: $20.00-$22.00/hour

\n

Part Time positions available for swing shift.

\n

Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

\n

\n
