Residential Support Professional
This position works 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, including every other Saturday and Sunday, for a total of approximately 80 hours every 2 weeks as a full time employee. It is also part of a holiday rotation. The following schedules are available: + 2pm-10pm + 10pm-6am- PRN and part-time availability + PRN availability weekday and weekends for all shifts We also offer a Hiring Bonus, paid in increments through your first 18 months of employment. The bonus is: + Positions regularly scheduled less than 24 hours per week: $2,000 + Positions regularly scheduled at least 24 but less than 36 hours per week: $3,500 + Positions regularly scheduled 36 or more hours per week: $5,000 We also have a PRN positions available for all shifts. This position does not have a regular schedule but may have shifts available to work up to a couple times per week. First shift is 6:00am to 2:15pm, second shift is 2;00pm to 10:15pm, and overnights 10:00pm to 6:15pm. This position starts at $16.50/hour for minimal experience and no specific educational degree required. We provide annual raises based on budget capacity, and full-time positions also have the opportunity for a discretionary bonus at each anniversary. What do Residential Support Professionals do at On With Life? The Residential Support Professional provides direct support to individuals living in our 5-bedroom community-based residential setting.
