Role Responsibilities:

Care and Support: Provide person-centred care, support daily activities, and create a positive environment for children's well-being.Safeguarding and Safety: Follow safeguarding policies and conduct safety checks.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records and communicate with team and external parties for coordinated care.Team Collaboration: Participate in meetings, training, and support team cohesion.Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and best practices in childcare.

Requirements:

DBS clearance, relevant experience, strong communication skills, and a UK driver's license.Desired: NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
