Ensures efficient and effective operational performance by working closely with the individuals served, vendors, internal & external stakeholders and Mental Health Supportive Housing team members. Provides administrative leadership, day-to-day oversight of properties, and supports the Program Manager. Responds to questions, requests, or needs based on specific knowledge of the program and its operation. Ensure compliance, efficiency and client satisfaction; problem solving. Under direct supervision of Mental Health Residential Property Management Program Manager, performs a variety of administrative, care coordination and resource linkage for individuals served in Mental Health Residential services.
