Resilience Planning Analyst Internship

Company Overview:

At LabCorp, we provide real-world experience by working on assignments in a team atmosphere which furthers an education in STEM and Healthcare disciplines. Our interns have the opportunity to showcase their work by demonstrating their achievements to their supervisors, their mentors, and our senior management team. Each intern will participate in group projects that illustrate their creativity and build on their technical teamwork skills.

About the Team:

The Resilience Planning team focuses on the resiliency of the business across the Enterprise. The team enables and supports a resilient business environment through the development and testing of response plans, business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

 Internship Assignment Summary:

 Your Summer at a Glance

Learn the critical business practices, resiliency processes and the tools that support themWork with the resiliency team in understanding, developing, enhancing, and testing resiliency plansDiscover and support the alignment of business process to resiliency plansUnderstand the relationship and mapping of resiliency plans to process owners.Review user surveys for opportunities to improve program training requirements.Work with teams in strategic deployment of AI toolsUtilize approved AI tools wherever possible to promote efficiencies in process

Education/Qualifications/Skills: 

Effective at gathering and analyzing data.Works well in a highly collaborative environment.Very good written and verbal communication skills.
