Resiliency Governance Reporting and Data Specialist-1

The Enterprise Resiliency Office has an opening for a Governance Reporting and Data Specialist on the Resiliency Reporting and Governance team. This assistant vice president role will operate within a team of three individuals, both executing on monthly/quarterly production deliverables as well as developing new reporting solutions to meet emerging customer needs. Candidates for this position should be interested in both technical aspects of business data, as well as the business application of said data, and be looking for a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The preferred location for this position is Boston-OCB or Quincy-JAB.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Works closely with business SME’s and product owners to drive requirements for new reporting solutionsCreate and drive project plans for tactical and strategic initiatives related to the reporting and consumption of resiliency conformance and risk data to our key stakeholders and customersExecute monthly and quarterly deliverables as key component of existing reporting process and structureProvide ad hoc insights into resiliency data, as neededParticipate in non-reporting related projects to broaden understanding of resilience conceptsWork with cross-functional teams and collaborate well with othersMaintain training documentation and SOP’sProactively communicate status, issues, and risks to managementBe self-motivated to learn, introduce new ideas, and teach others

Qualifications:

5+ years of Operations, Client Service or related business experienceExperience with State Street a plusInterest and passion for an understanding of data and its connection to business conceptsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsTeam player, communicative, open, honest, thoughtful, and committed

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $115,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
