The Enterprise Resiliency Office has an opening for a Governance Reporting and Data Specialist on the Resiliency Reporting and Governance team. This assistant vice president role will operate within a team of three individuals, both executing on monthly/quarterly production deliverables as well as developing new reporting solutions to meet emerging customer needs. Candidates for this position should be interested in both the technical aspects of business data, as well its operational application, and be looking for a dynamic environment full of great learning opportunities. The preferred location for this position is Boston-OCB or Quincy-JAB, but open to all STT locations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Works closely with business SME’s and product owners to drive requirements for new reporting solutionsCreate and drive project plans for tactical and strategic initiatives related to the reporting and consumption of resiliency conformance and risk data to our key stakeholders and customersExecute monthly and quarterly deliverables as key component of existing reporting process and structureProvide ad hoc insights into resiliency data, as neededAs needed, aid in the support of the other components within the resiliency governance team Participate in non-reporting related projects and activities to broaden understanding of resiliency conceptsWork with cross-functional teams and collaborate well with othersMaintain training documentation and SOP’sProactively communicate status, issues, and risks to managementQualifications:
5+ years of Operations, Client Service or related business experienceExperience with State Street operations and systems such as reporting, engagement management, procurement a plusInterest and passion for an understanding of data and its connection to business conceptsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAdept at organization, multi-tasking and prioritization Proven communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skillsAre you the right candidate? Salary Range:
$70,000 - $115,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
