Description:Resin Application Technician 

Location: Marysville, WA 
Term: Contract assignment – 9 months (extendable)
Shift: Monday to Friday – 8 am to 5 pm   
Pay Rate: $20 per hour plus $1.25 shift premium once fully trained (based on experience)  

•    Weekend AM shift
•    6 am to 6:30 pm Thursday through Sunday and Friday through Sunday (alternates each week)
•    Training Schedule – 6 am to 2:30 pm Monday to Friday for approximately 30 days
•    $20 per hour plus $1.25 shift differential once fully trained

Responsibilities: 
•    Operation of resin coaters and cure ovens
•    Forklift and hoist operation with training provided
•    Respirators required with fit testing provided
•    Completion of production paperwork
•    Active participation in operational improvement activities
•    Willing to cross train or supporting other departments as needed
•    Other task as needed and flexibility is key
•    Overtime required as needed

Qualifications:
•    Have a sincere desire to work and be able to work independently or with a team to complete tasks in a timely manner
•    2+ years relevant, steady work history is preferred, manufacturing a plus
•    Good basic math skills
•    Able to speak/read/write English proficiently
•    Legible handwriting/printing
•    Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities
