You will
- Manage the training and development of GE and GO in the village: Training 1st season: newcomers integration, Training to support managers: keys GO, taken from station Managers, Functional training: behavioural, sale, languages, management
- Elaborate a diagnosis with the managers and offer a plan of continuous training to teams
- Plan with managers the deployment of training (according to availability of the teams)
- Work in partnership with the managers of the village in the deployment of technical training
- Elaborate and refresh the Integration content and mobilize the key GO
- Lead training session in partnership with the manager for technical content
- Ensure the logistics necessary for the smooth running of training
- Contribute to the events and projects in the University of Talents
