Resource Coordinator
ECI is looking to add a **Resource Coordinator** to our team! You are accountable for advancing a culture of safety and excellence while providing quality and value to our customers and clients. **Pay Range for this role is $25.00 - $28.00, depending on relevant education, experience, and industry-specific certifications.** **“This specified range is determined by the tier associated with the job posting. However, should the employee be classified under a different tier, the compensation may fall outside the stated range.”** **This position is a hybrid of work-from-home/client office and field work, dependent on need.** **WHAT WE OFFER:** + Industry competitive pay. + Company vehicle with a fuel card for work purposes. + Day 1 of Employment: Medical/Dental/Vision/VOYA/Vacation Accrual/Paid Holidays/EAP (Full-Time Employees). + After 3 months: 401K, life insurance, short and long-term disability, Paid Maternity Leave. + Paid Sick Time. + Weekly Pay Cycle. + Participation in Referral Bonus Program. + Boot and clothing program (Full-Time Employees). + Ongoing training and assistance with obtaining industry certifications. **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** + Responsible for data organization and management. + Maintenance Programs process development and guidance for vegetation validation, mitigation, and quality assurance. + Coordinate storm response effort for the Midwest. + Collaboration alongside different workgroups within Duke for data collection tool development. + Forecasting for Program goals. + Management of iPads for Duke Midwest. + Create tracking reports for Leadership to monitor progress. **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** + Ability to work independently or as part of a team. + Ability to take initiative to think outside of the box to improve processes and overall operations. + Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to represent ECI and its services in a professional and positive manner. + Strong knowledge of & experience in common computer applications, with the ability to learn new programs. + Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. **WHAT WOULD BE AMAZING TO HAVE:** + Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, or related field. + Working knowledge or practical experience in all aspects of integrated vegetation management in the utility field. + Local tree identification skills are preferred. + Highly detail-oriented and timeline-driven individual. + ISA certification is a plus. + Work knowledge of GIS software. + Being Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is a plus. **Working Environment** Work alone in an outdoor field environment; vehicle and foot patrol of utility power lines; remote locations as well as urban, city environment; physical demands and travel from site to site, including walking/hiking on various surfaces including flat, dry, wet, slippery, uneven, rough, steep terrain, hills, and slopes; exposure to noise, dust, grease, and all types of weather and temperature conditions; exposure to hazardous traffic conditions.
