Resource Coordinator

Currently we have an exciting opportunity with our Work Ready program as a Resource Coordinator. Work Ready provides a comprehensive set of employment-oriented services to those receiving Public Assistance benefits, including those who are in need of specific help managing barriers to self-sufficiency. Key Responsibilities: + Maintain working knowledge of TANF and the PA Department of Public Welfare regulations + Ensure effective, accurate and coordinated communications with County Assistance Offices personnel including all monthly meetings + Participate in program and WI Unit Total Quality Management Implementation + Update Resources periodically by ensuring they are still active. + Share updated resources with all staff weekly. + Create and maintain resource management systems to ensure on-going visibility into resource utilization and availability. + Establish new partnerships with other non-for-profit agencies. + Coordinate meetings between possible partners and leadership + Assist with the development and presentation of onboarding materials for new hires + Foster a collaborative relationship with internal staff and external partners + Other related duties as assigned. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
