OBGC is seeking a Resource Development Associate to assist in cultivating relationships with current, prospective and alumni donors, special event and fundraising planning and execution, and as needed administrative support for development activities.

Responsibilities Actively identify and build relationships with Olivet alumni, prospective donors, and volunteers; includes exploring resource development avenues with area businesses and nonprofit and/or government agency representatives to retain and increase funding and club membership.Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor and prospect information in the organization's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and effective segmentation for targeted outreach.Research, propose, and secure possible venues for functions based on budget, geography, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal.Develop and coordinate onsite event staffing and volunteer plans to ensure quality standards and coverage needs are met during events and fundraisers.Conduct thorough research to identify new funding opportunities, analyze industry trends, and gather data to support resource development strategies.Develop high-quality written and visual materials, including presentations, case statements, and promotional materials, to support fundraising and outreach efforts. Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferredOne year of non-profit, marketing, fundraising, development or related experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, web browsers, and calendar softwareExperience with databasesValid driver’s license & reliable transportationAbility to work extended evening hours and/or weekends as needed for events, outreach, and trainingSpanish bi-lingual skills preferred
