Resource Management Analyst - Life Sciences & Healthcare Consulting

 We are looking for a Consulting Operations Senior Analyst to join our Consulting Operations group, for Life Science & Healthcare, in Barcelona.

You’ll organize and contribute to the implementation of appropriate processes and practices across the organization with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and effectiveness.

You’ll be responsible for applying, organizing, and analysing essential processes across Consulting Services, including resource management to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

2 years of relevant experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI for data extraction and manipulation

It would be great if you also had . . .

Experience in resource management

Project management or Contingent workforce recruitment management

Customer-focused, organized, and a team player who values working in a team environment

What Will You Be Doing in This Role?

Apply operational policies and procedures to daily work in a compliant, cost-effective, and efficient manner, contributing to the overall financial success of the business

Prepare and analyze data and reporting information, communicating essential information to facilitate data-driven decision-making

Modify processes and policies under supervision to drive efficiencies, process improvements, and implement industry-recognized best practices

Learn to use professional concepts to resolve problems and perform daily work functions

Support resource management principles and processes

Facilitate written and verbal communication between internal and external stakeholders

Balance and prioritize multiple competing requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Update data systems and files with resource management information

Assist with other operations tasks, support functions, and projects as assigned

 Hours of Work

This is a permanent full-time position at 40 hours per week. The working schedule is flexible, primarily centered on CET time zone with occasional need to accommodate meetings with US or East Asia time zones.

The position is hybrid with office visits required 2-3 times per week.
