Ability to build strong relationships with your team; ensuring you understand their needs and interests. Identify challenges and deliver multiple solutions for a win/win scenario for all stakeholders. Complex problem solver (often this role requires multiple solutions before finalisation) Ability to work autonomously but connect into the team on a regular basis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using a variety of tools Preferred experience in resource management, project management, recruitment, talent development, and/or supply & demand management

Partner with leadership to drive performance by analysing trends Work with staff members to understand their development areas and seek growth opportunities for them Change management – supporting roll out of new tools, reporting and systems Identify upcoming skills shortages Manage staff capacity to ensure minimal downtime Encourage a positive workplace culture through focus on diversity and inclusion and balancing of workload management across the team
